Dr. Stephen Murray II earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry in New York.  He completed his clinical training with rotations at Gentile Retina, OMNI Eye Services in Atlanta and Compton Eye Associates.Â
Dr. Murray II completed his residency at the Vanderbilt Eye Institute in Nashville, Tennessee where he strengthened his knowledge and abilities to provide high quality, evidence-based pediatric eye care to patients with different visual and ocular conditions. He provides eye care to children with amblyopia, strabismus, disabilities, developmental delays, low vision, InfantSEE® exams, and performs pediatric contact lens fittings. With Dr. Murray II's emphasis in pediatric eye care, he is able to provide comprehensive and medical eye exams to people of all ages, including routine and specialty contact lens care, as well as the co-management of various pathologies and surgical cases. He has also presented posters and papers at academic meetings and delivered multiple COPE-approved lectures.
