Dr. Grace To earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry. She completed training at various medical facilities including, OMNI Eye Services of New Jersey and the Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Long Island. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Association for academic excellence at SUNY Optometry. She performed her residency training at Fromer Eye Centers with emphasis on ocular disease, including co-management of various anterior and posterior segment conditions. She has experience coordinating care with specialists in varying subspecialties including glaucoma, oculoplastics, retina, cornea, pediatrics, low vision, and contact lenses.
Dr. To provides comprehensive care for patients and is trained in fitting specialty contact lenses as well as performing low vision exams. She has delivered a COPE-approved lecture to her colleagues and written case reports documenting patients with advanced disease, presenting them at various academic meetings. She is a member of the American Optometry Association, New York State Optometric Association, and Optometric Society of the City of New York. She is also a candidate for fellowship with the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. To is fluent in Spanish, Cantonese Chinese, Mandarin, and English.
