Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Walk to Cure Diabetes | Sunday October 3, 2010. Sign up today!We are inviting you to walk with the physicians and staff of Fromer Eye Centers in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Walk to Cure Diabetes on Sunday October 3, 2010.Taking part in the Walk is a great experience. Not only will you be making a real difference in helping to find a cure that will change the lives of millions... you'll be having FUN, and will get a good workout too!

Every year, more than 30,000 new cases of type 1diabetes--the most severe form of the disease--are diagnosed in the United State alone, a large and growing percentage of them are children. Day-to-day living is a challenge for people with type 1 diabetes.

Please join us for this very special day...and a chance to make a real difference!

 Walk location: Battery Park Manhattan, Registration Start Time: 8:30 AM Walk Start Time: 10:00 AM Length of Walk: 10k
