BOTOX® Cosmetic is commonly used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles. It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth to smooth crow's feet, frown and worry lines, and lines on the neck. Made from a purified protein, BOTOX® injections block nerve impulses, weakening muscles to relax wrinkles and give the face a rejuvenated look. BOTOX® may also be useful for migraine headaches, excessive sweating, and eye and neck muscle spasms.

Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, is a surgical procedure that removes excess folds of skin, fat and atrophied muscle in the upper or lower lids. As eyes age, the delicate tissue around the eyes begins to stretch and can produce sagging in the eyelid and bagginess below the eye.
However it can be genetic as well, some individuals have excess fat in the upper and lower area of their eyes even in their early teens.
Sometimes a blepharoplasty can improve an individual's vision. This is achieved by removing the excess fat and skin that may block the peripheral field of vision. Whatever the case, the main objective of the surgery is to give a younger, "fresher" look to the eyes.
