He was a lecturer in ophthalmology at the Eye Hospital, and University of Oxford, Oxford, U.K. He has been board-certified since 1978. Dr. Luntz served as surgeon director and director of glaucoma services for Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital.
